Terms of ServicePlease read before commissioning!
If you request a commission from me, that means you have read and agreed to the following TOS.________________
Payments
~Price of the commission may vary due to the complexity of the request.
~Price is split 50/50, first part is to be paid upfront, and second part upon completion.
~You can pay the whole amount upfront if it's easier.
~Price can be split into more parts depending on it's amount.(should be discussed)!!! Refunds are unavailable. !!!
!!!Request commission only if you are sure you can allow it without financial stress.________________
Revisions
~Small changes are free on sketching and lineart stages.
~3 major revisions allowed for free, but after that each revision costs extra 5$.~Depending on the type of commission, the revisions can be discussed. Live2d comms or character design will allow more free revisions.________________
Updates and Deadlines
~Updates are made weekly or as soon as a part of the work is completed.
~I will specify estimate time of completion, offset is 1 week.
~Commission may be delayed due to unforseen curcumstances but I will try my best to complete on time/as soon as possible.
~You may request the art to be finished by a certain date. (We will discuss if I will be able to complete it by then)
!!!May require rush fee of 25-50%.________________

About personal and commercial use~By default, all commissioned art is for personal use only (posts on social media, streaming platforms, non-monetized content)
~Please credit me in or under the posts on socials.~Commercial use costs extra 75% of the original price.
(for merch, any monetized content that will feature the art)~I may post the artwork on my social media and portfolio.
~Do not redistribute/resell/change my work without permission.
~GenAI use / training on my artwork is strictly prohibited.
~If you do not purchase commercial rights, I keep all the rights of this specific commissioned work as it's creator.
